Problems you may encounter in a workplace may be lack of equipments, poor facilities and sanitation. It could also be barriers to proper communication such as unclear organizational structure, lack of protocols or guidelines. Problems with workmates could also count, maybe rude or uncooperative workmates or language barrier between them. It could also be lack of manpower resulting to excessive work load or low salary.
